Great cheeses to come and try include genuine Italian Parmesans cut from full wheels, perfectly ripe Fromage de Meaux, the wonderful Holy Goat cheeses, fresh mozzarella from Vanella Cheese in Cairns and Island Pure cheese from Kangaroo Island.

Come and see our great range of quality meats, hams and smallgoods. From award winning hams by Otway Free Range and Barkley's Smokehouse to fantastic bacons from South Australia and San Jose smallgoods, exclusive to Bill's Farm at the Queen Victoria Market.

A current favourite is Skara's wonderful free range Sopressa with a hint of fennel seeds. Very special.

Bills Farm has a great array of antipasto available including homemade dolmades, semi-dried tomatoes, a large selection of olives, Italian anchovies, homemade preserved lemons, stuffed bell peppers and much more.
